Audiometry, Pulmonary Function and Respirator Fit Testing.
Ensure the hearing and lung safety of your staff with pre-employment audio and respiratory screenings or annual screenings. Included with the Respirator Fit Test is the OSHA Questionnaire that may determine a need for a Pulmonary Function Test if it wasn't already a selected service. We can also test for different respirators but we do not provide them to keep. However, we can help your company order that respirators that best meet your needs.
We are able to provide these services in house or on location at your convenience.

Physicals:
DOT and Non-DOT
This service does require an appointment to be made prior so please call 307-337-1200 to get scheduled at your earliest convenience. We do have multiple providers that are available throughout the week. We are able to do DOT and Non-DOT physicals, as well as, physicals through Escreen and other Third Party Administrators.

Walk-ins are welcome and as long as you have the proper identification with you, we can complete the process in house.
Please bring the following identification with you:
A Drivers License and a CERTIFIED COPY of your Birth Certificate
(if it has foot prints or came from the hospital it will not work, it must be from the state your were born in and have a raised seal).
OR
A Current Passport (the name on your drivers license must match the name on your passport)
IF
The name on your Drivers License does NOT match your Birth Certificate or Passport then please bring additional documentation such as a Marriage License, Divorce Decree, or Adoption Papers
(or any other legal name change documentation).

Our compassionate team of professionals includes two Assistive Technology Professionals (ATP), Certified Environmental Assistive Technology Professional (CEAC), two Certified Rehab Technicians and an NMEDA QAP Accredited Service Department.

Driving Evaluations
Driving Evaluations and driving training is available. Should you or a loved one be in need of clearance to drive after a stroke, brain injury or medical emergency we are available to do a cognitive and physical driving evaluation. Call 307-337-1200 for more information.
